About Weather

All tours are weather-dependent. Should there be a weather event such as wind that prevents your tour from operating, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

The booking system ensures that you have your place reserved and guaranteed for the desired activity(s), for this reason please understand that cancellation penalties may apply. We request 50% down payment to book your trip, which will be handled in the following way in case of cancellation:
  • Cancellations received 8 or more days in advance: We make a full refund of the advance
  • Cancellations received 7 days in advance: We refund 50% of the advance.
  • Cancellations received less than 7 days in advance: We do NOT refund the advance.
  • Cancellations due to weather issues. Full refund of the advance is made.
  • Cancellations due to mechanical failure of the boat. Full refund of your advance.
